Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns by mail. Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags, packaging and labels attached. Please note, we do not accept exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Instructions for Returns by Mail

  1. To return an item, please enclose the packing slip in with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Simply return your parcel to the post office making sure to get a proof of postage.
  2. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address and selection(s) from step one.
  3. Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.
  4. Select a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window is extended if it falls over a weekend or public holiday.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. As our products are made to order via our print-on-demand partner, orders are sent to production promptly — so please submit any cancellation request as soon as possible.

Returns

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is free of charge for EU customers.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
