I am under 18, can I place an order?
Though we love our young fans, please make sure you have the authorisation of an adult before placing an order with us.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally and use respective national postal services for final delivery. International delivery can take up to 28 days depending on the country.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Army post addresses?
Unfortunately we’re unable to ship to PO Box or military post addresses.
Do you have stock?
The majority of our products are printed on demand. This reduces waste and ensures each item is made just for you. It may add a short production window (typically 2–5 business days) before shipping.
What about licensed items?
Licensed items such as action figures, replica belts, DVDs, signed photos, and collectibles are kept in stock in our UK warehouse and are ready to ship or (if stated) available on pre-order.
How long does it take to receive my order?

UK: Typically 3–6 business days after production via Royal Mail (some orders may ship from an international hub if not available locally, which can take 7–12 business days).
International: Usually 7–14 days after production; can take up to 28 days depending on the country and local postal services.

Where is my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping email with tracking (where available). If you haven’t received your parcel within the estimated time frame, please email customerservice@eventmerch.com with your order number.
What are customs fees?
For orders outside the UK, your parcel may incur customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Why do I have to pay separate customs fees?
Our shipping charges do not include customs, duties, or local taxes, as each country processes incoming post differently. Please check your local rates before ordering.
What happens if I don’t pay my customs fee?
If customs fees are refused, shipments may be returned. We are charged by carriers for the customs fees and return shipping; therefore we cannot refund customs fees, shipping, or the order cost in these cases.

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your product to request a return for a full refund. Enclose the packing slip and clearly mark the reason for your return. Please obtain a proof of postage. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed; tags (if any) must be attached. Damaged or defective items can only be replaced for the same item. See our full Refund Policy.
What is your exchange policy?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or product. This ensures faster turnaround and product availability.
How long does a return/refund take?
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds can take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer and billing cycle.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
Please email customerservice@eventmerch.com with photos of the fault and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll advise next steps and arrange a replacement or resolution.

Can I pre-order products?
We offer pre-orders on selected products. If you order other items alongside a pre-order, your order may ship together once the pre-ordered item is available unless otherwise stated.
Out of stock products
If a product is out of stock, click the “Email Me When Back in Stock” button on the product page to be notified when it’s available again.
Can I add an item to my order?
We can’t add items after checkout. Please place a new order for additional items.
Can I cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped or entered production. Email customerservice@eventmerch.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the address. Please email customerservice@eventmerch.com immediately with the correct address and your order number.
