The front of the shirt features the barbed wire pattern text "MOX IWGP WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION" painted over with black spray paint, and the name "EVIL" is overlaid on top of "MOX" with orange spray paint. The back features a photo of EVIL painting over the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship with black spray paint, and the name "EVIL" is printed in orange spray paint, reminiscent of Moxley's jacket.
